Ezra Nahome, CEO, said: “LSH’s Ski Challenge is one of the longest running events in the commercial property industry, combining competitive skiing with effective business networking opportunities. The event next year promises to be even bigger and better than previous years as we celebrate our 25th anniversary.”

The 2012 Ski Challenge will take place from Thursday 19 to Saturday 21 January 2012 in Courmayeur, Italy.

Guest speakers and panellists announced

Responding to the need for business networking, the LSH Ski Challenge now includes a Business Forum where leaders of the industry discuss key issues affecting commercial property. The 2012 Business Forum guest speakers and panellists will include:

• Mark Pears, CEO, William Pears Group • Andrew Altman, CEO, Olympic Park Legacy Committee • Damian Wild, Editor, Estates Gazette • Mike Sales, Head of Global Property Investment, Henderson Global Investors

Ezra commented: “I am delighted that Mark Pears, who heads up one of UK’s largest private property company’s, and Andrew Altman, the CEO of the Olympic Park Legacy will be our guest speakers in our anniversary year. This event will provide both an insightful view of the UK property market and a more detailed understanding of the post Olympic regeneration plans.”
