We are pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Chatwin as Head of Building Consultancy in Birmingham, further strengthening our technical property consultancy offering across the Midlands. Craig brings a wealth of experience to the role, having built a successful career within the property and construction industry spanning senior consultancy and leadership positions, including at Director level.

His expertise covers a broad range of building consultancy disciplines, with extensive experience advising clients on building surveys, technical due diligence, project management, dilapidations and strategic property matters.

Throughout his career, Craig has developed a reputation for delivering high-quality advice and helping clients maximise the value and performance of their property assets. In his new role, Craig will lead LSH's Building Consultancy team in Birmingham, supporting clients across a wide range of sectors while driving the continued growth of the service line throughout the region.

The appointment forms part of LSH's ongoing commitment to investing in specialist expertise and strengthening its presence across key UK markets.
