Lambert Smith Hampton is an RICS Regulated Firm. As such we operate complaints handling procedures which comply with RICS regulations.  If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us via one the following routes:


LSH Commercial Services

  1. Lambert Smith Hampton complaints are resolved on the basis of this template.

  2. We do not adopt a “one size fits all” approach. We will adapt this procedure to best suit the nature of your complaint. If you wish to make a formal complaint using this procedure please contact David Gilbert, Claims and Complaints Manager, by email dgilbert@lsh.co.uk, setting out a summary of your complaint together with supporting documents you wish him to consider.

LSH Residential Property Management

  1. LSH Residential complaints are resolved on the basis of this template.

  2. If your complaint is regarding our Residential Property Management Services, please contact our Professional Services Team at: professionalservices@lsh.co.uk, setting out a summary of your complaint together with any supporting documents you wish to be considered.

  3. Please note, Lambert Smith Hampton Residential Limited is not regulated by the RICS but is a Member of The Property Institute.
