Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced a new partnership with The Academy of Real Assets, a social enterprise dedicated to introducing young people into careers in the real estate and real assets industry.

Founded in 2020, the Academy of Real Assets has a single idea and ambition – to open doors. In the academic year 2025/6 they engaged in person with more than 17,000 students from disadvantaged backgrounds across the UK, connecting them with Member firms and opportunities across the real estate industry. With their partnership, LSH aims to support their outreach programmes, helping to contribute to students accessing career pathways that might otherwise not have been possible.

Ezra Nahome, CEO at Lambert Smith Hampton said: “Property is a brilliant industry, but too many young people simply don’t know about the opportunities it offers. Where you come from, or who you know, shouldn’t determine whether you get the chance to build a career in it.

Joining The Academy of Real Assets is a practical way for LSH to help change that – opening up our industry to more young people and helping them see the breadth of opportunities available.”

Chris McCartney, HR Director at Lambert Smith Hampton added: “The opportunity to work with The Academy of Real Assets builds on our existing partnerships with a number of schools, colleges and universities throughout the UK. At LSH we are committed to diversity, opportunity and social mobility. Not only do we believe this will strengthen the industry that we work in, but it will empower the next generation of talent”.
