The client was looking to develop four new high spec duplex penthouses on top of an existing 10 storey residential building overlooking Lords Cricket Ground in St Johns Wood.

As well as developing the new build aspect on top of the existing development the client was to upgrade the communal and external façade of the existing building, as part of the freeholder’s works.

Major Projects were instructed as Project Manager and Cost Consultant.
