The City of Doncaster Council are undertaking a Call for Sites consultation to support the preparation of a new Local Plan. Due to several government reforms, the Council are developing a new Local Plan to identify land capable of meeting Doncaster’s development needs.

The Call for Sites is an opportunity for landowners and developers to promote sites for development. Potential development uses may include, but are not limited to, residential, retail, employment, leisure and renewable energy.  Submissions may include new sites or sites previously submitted. Once submitted, the Council will assess and review each site’s suitability to be considered for development in the emerging Local Plan period.
