LSH Appoints Nick Harrison as National Head of Planning

LSH is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Harrison as National Head of Planning, further strengthening our Planning, Regeneration + Infrastructure (PR+I) business.

Nick worked client side, advising a broad range of public and private sector clients on major development projects across the UK. He brings extensive experience in strategic planning, development management and navigating complex planning policy frameworks, with a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes on high-profile schemes.

This appointment also marks a return to LSH for Nick, who previously worked with the firm in 2018 as a Director within the Planning team. His familiarity with the LSH platform, combined with the additional insight gained during his time working client side, positions him well to lead and further develop LSH’s national planning offer.

As National Head of Planning, Nick will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the planning business and supporting our core planning teams in London, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle,  Nick will also work closely with colleagues across the wider property and infrastructure disciplines to provide integrated advice to clients.

Nick’s appointment reflects LSH’s continued investment in senior talent and our commitment to providing planning expertise that supports complex development, regeneration and investment activity nationwide.
