LSH bolsters Birmingham Office with two new strategic recruits

Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed Senior Planner, Katie Gregory, and Associate Director, Chantelle Evans to strengthen the Birmingham office

Katie Gregory, a seasoned Senior Planner and Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, joins LSH with over four years of extensive experience in the Planning Industry. With a proven track record of collaborating with commercial developers, land promoters, and housebuilders, Katie brings invaluable expertise in policy research, planning statements, Statements of Community Involvement, and the facilitation of planning applications.

Chantelle Evans, appointed as Associate Director, will strengthen LSH's Commercial Property Management team in Birmingham. Having worked at Fisher German previously, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company. Chantelle has experience in managing multi-let industrial estates, serviced offices, retail parades, and single-let properties for a diverse range of clients, including private investors, trusts, SIPP providers, and property companies.

Moreover, both Katie's and Chantelle’s dedication extends beyond their professional realm as they both actively contribute to the West Midlands 'Women in Property Committee', showcasing their commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within the industry.

These strategic appointments underscore LSH's commitment to delivering excellence and driving innovation within the property sector.
