LSH has appointed Paul Hanley to head up its Industrial Development Consultancy, further strengthening the firm’s capability in the fast-growing logistics and industrial sector.

Hanley will join the business later this month and will work alongside the expanding LSH industrial and logistics team led by James Polson and Alex Carr.

Bringing significant client-side experience, Hanley previously worked with global logistics real estate owner Prologis, and more recently with Graftongate, where he was closely involved in the development and delivery of major industrial and logistics schemes.

His appointment reflects LSH’s continued investment in its industrial and logistics platform and the growing demand from developers, investors and occupiers for specialist development advice across the UK.
