LSH market leading Occupier Advisory Team advises on major Lichfield logistics transaction

We’re pleased to have acted on behalf of Marks and Spencer's for this transaction of its new Lichfield fulfilment centre.

The 437,000 sq ft, fully automated facility represents a significant logistics asset and will form part of M&S’ long-term supply chain strategy, with plans for around 600 jobs once operational.

The deal underlines continued appetite for prime, well-located distribution space, particularly for  assets that can support the evolving demands of large-scale retail and e-commerce platform.
