Lambert Smith Hampton’s (LSH) Leeds office has recently welcomed a group of three new joiners, including graduate surveyors and a placement student across its Building Consultancy and Office Agency services. Bringing in new talent reflects LSH’s long-term commitment to developing future leaders and strengthening its regional capabilities.

Chloe Gallagher joins as a Graduate Building Surveyor in the Project & Building Consultancy team. She is working towards her RICS APC and chartered status, with a role spanning building surveys, schedules of condition, and dilapidations. She holds a First-Class Honours degree in Building Surveying from Northumbria University and previously worked at Currie & Brown.

Lloyd Worrall joins on a placement year also as a Building Surveyor, having completed two years of study at Northumbria University. Lloyd will be supporting the newly expanded Project & Building Consultancy team following the integration of the team from Ryden’s Leeds office who recently joined LSH following the recent majority stake acquisition of Ryden by LSH.

Alfie Weston joins as a Graduate Surveyor in the Office Advisory team, covering Leeds and Sheffield. He holds a Business Management degree from Newcastle University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Salford University. Alfie is involved in a number of high profile instructions including the letting of 2 City Walk and 26 Whitehall in Leeds, and Heart of the City and 3 St Paul’s Place in Sheffield.

Richard Corby, Head of Office at Lambert Smith Hampton Leeds, commented: "Supporting the next generation of property professionals is central to our long-term strategy. These new joiners bring fresh perspectives and strengthen our Leeds offering at a time of growing opportunity across the region."

The Leeds office of LSH continues to expand its capabilities across Yorkshire, with new talent contributing to a broadening pipeline of work. Recent additions also include former Ryden colleagues now working as part of the LSH Leeds team. Their integration, following the recent majority stake acquisition by LSH, further strengthens our regional expertise and delivery in our transactional markets, Lease Advisory, Property Management and Valuation teams.
