On 8 June 2020 the Court of Appeal rejected the Valuation Office Agency’s request for leave to appeal against the Royal Albert Memorial Museum (RAMM) case, bringing 18 years of discussions, negotiations and disagreements around how museums should be valued for rating purposes to its legal conclusion.
