Online retailer NP Autoparts has leased the remaining 9,382 sq ft unit at Reliant, a scheme of two high-quality units for the logistics and distribution sector. The unit features a fully self-contained site, clear span warehouse, level-access loading door, office facilities and 14 parking spaces on a large loading apron.  

The deal follows a pre-let of the larger 40,233 sq ft warehouse at Reliant to Paul Davis Freight last year.

Both deals followed a comprehensive redevelopment of the site. 

Chandler’s Ford Industrial Estate is a popular location for businesses due to its excellent infrastructure and links to the M27, the M3 and Southampton Airport.
