Online retailer NP Autoparts has leased the remaining 9,382 sq ft unit at Reliant, a scheme of two high-quality units for the logistics and distribution sector. The unit features a fully self-contained site, clear span warehouse, level-access loading door, office facilities and 14 parking spaces on a large loading apron.
The deal follows a pre-let of the larger 40,233 sq ft warehouse at Reliant to Paul Davis Freight last year.
Both deals followed a comprehensive redevelopment of the site.

Adrian Whitfield, Director – Industrial and Logistics at Lambert Smith Hampton, said:
“Our client was faced with the decision to refurbish or redevelop when the outgoing tenant vacated the site. Following our advice, working in conjunction with Warwick Martel, they chose the latter which has resulted in a successful scheme.”
Ross Moyler at Store Property Investments, said:
“We are pleased to have secured an excellent tenant for the property, which demonstrates the appetite in the market for high-quality space.”
Primmer Olds B.A.S acted for NP Autoparts and Patrick Mattison added
“This was a good result for both parties. The landlord filled the vacant space and our client, NP Autoparts, has relocated to help unlock growth potential.”
Neil Parker owner of NP Autoparts added:
“Having outgrown our current space, we have been searching for larger premises for some time. Reliant Close offers us the perfect base to enter the next phase of our company’s growth. Being a new high quality building has meant it was a smooth and quick transaction, and has given us a great opportunity to fit it out in the best way for the business.”
