LSH strengthens Newcastle team with senior hires from BNP Paribas Real Estate

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced a major strengthening of its Newcastle office with the appointment of four senior professionals joining from BNP Paribas Real Estate, reinforcing the firm’s ambitious regional growth strategy and commitment to delivering best-in-class advice across the UK.

The new hires include:

  • Aidan Baker, Director, Office Advisory, who joins after 16 years at BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he most recently led the Newcastle office.
  • Craig Dawson, Director, Building Consultancy, bringing more than 11 years’ experience advising on commercial building projects across the region.
  • Sam Earnshaw, Director, Lease Advisory, who joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate following nine years at Cushman & Wakefield, adding further depth to LSH’s lease advisory capability.
  • Jessica Venters, Senior Surveyor, Office Advisory, who recently qualified and represents the next generation of advisory talent within the Newcastle team.

The new recruits will report to Andrew Cliff, Head of the LSH Newcastle office.

Together, the appointments significantly enhance LSH’s agency, building consultancy and lease advisory capabilities in Newcastle and the Northeast, aligning with the firm’s continued focus on regional investment, occupier demand, and long-term growth across UK cities.

The strengthened team will work closely with LSH’s national network to support clients navigating an evolving commercial property market, with particular focus on office-led regeneration, asset repositioning, and occupier-driven strategies across the Northeast.

Ezra Nahome, Chief Executive at Lambert Smith Hampton, said: “Newcastle is an important market for LSH and these appointments underline our long-term commitment to the region. Aidan, Craig, Sam and Jessica bring exceptional local knowledge, strong client relationships, and a track record of delivering high-quality advice.

As investors and occupiers continue to focus on regional cities with strong fundamentals, our strengthened Newcastle team is ideally placed to support clients with ambitious plans and evolving requirements.”

The appointments form part of LSH’s wider strategy to invest in its regional teams, capitalising on growing demand for integrated advice across office, consultancy, and lease advisory disciplines.
