This move adds to LSH established network in Italy and Spain. In 2016, LSH entered into two separate joint ventures with Gesvalt in Spain and Studio Legale DiBaldassarre in Italy. Gesvalt specialises in asset advisory and valuation with 16 offices across Spain, including two hub offices in Barcelona and Madrid. Studio Legale DiBaldassarre is a specialist Italian law firm whose Senior Partner and Founder is also the Senior Vice President of “Banco di Napoli”, one the oldest financial institutions in the world.
In recent months, LSH has been awarded two significant Italian sell side corporate mandates in the infrastructure and facility management sectors. These projects will come to market over the coming weeks.
