With assistance from joint sponsor, The Southern Daily Echo, the event raised £1,650 for LandAid, as well as providing an afternoon of entertainment and networking for over 150 members of the South Coast property industry.

The fifteen teams that came together included agents, solicitors and other property-related consultants, developers and contractors. The competition was as hot as the weather and the quarter finalists were JLL, Realest, Lainston and the hosts, LSH. LSH lost to the eventual winners, Lainston, who beat JLL in the final.
