Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has successfully secured the letting of Quest 271, the largest unit at the newly developed prime logistics hub in Eastleigh, to CLF | Wholesale Organic & Natural Products, marking a major milestone in the regeneration of the former office and print headquarters site.

Acting on behalf of Salmon Property and Royal London, LSH has been involved in the project from inception, having originally sold the site and provided strategic planning advice to unlock its redevelopment potential. The result is a transformed industrial campus that supports modern occupier demands and contributes to the continued growth of the South Coast logistics market.

CLF will occupy the 62,000 sq ft flagship unit as part of their business expansion plans, which includes the creation of a state-of-the-art distribution hub featuring a triple mezzanine fit-out. LSH negotiated an Agreement for Lease conditional on landlord works, enabling CLF to tailor the space for their operational needs.

Luke Mort, Director at Lambert Smith Hampton commented:

“Quest 271 represents a standout example of regeneration and market-leading specification, and we’re proud to have played a key role from the ground up. Securing a tenant of CLF’s calibre reinforces the strength of the location and the foresight of Salmon Property and Royal London in delivering a best-in-class logistics hub."

This letting marks the culmination of a bold vision to revitalise a redundant site into a thriving logistics destination. We are pleased to welcome CLF to Quest 271 as the anchor tenant for this exciting scheme.

The letting of Quest 271 leaves just two units remaining on site, both of which are attracting strong occupier interest.

Realest and DTRE acted as joint agents alongside LSH.
