New Grade A Portsmouth Warehouse Achieves Practical Completion

Lambert Smith Hampton, alongside joint agents JLL and Vail Williams, is pleased to confirm the practical completion of Unit B, Railway Triangle, a newly constructed 106,605 sq ft Grade A warehouse in Portsmouth, delivered by DTZ Investors.
 
Strategically located at the established Railway Triangle industrial estate, the unit offers exceptional connectivity to the M27 and A3(M), providing direct access to key South Coast logistics corridors and manufacturing hubs. Surrounded by prominent occupiers, the site represents one of the region’s most sought-after industrial and logistics locations.
 
Delivered in partnership with Quartz Project Services and Wilten Construction, the new warehouse has been designed with sustainability and occupier wellbeing at its core. The specification includes yard depths of 43–47m, an enhanced 2.1 MVA power supply, 12m eaves height, and a mix of dock, euro dock and level loading doors.
 
Unit B is fully electric and net zero enabled, achieving an EPC A+ and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating through the use of energy-efficient LED lighting, PV panels, EV charging and dedicated cycle facilities.
