PRUPIM has appointed us as its strategic marketing and lettings agent on STRATA, a 137,478 sq ft distribution/warehouse facility close to Doncaster.
The distribution/warehouse facility is situated immediately off J6 of the M18. It provides 134,085 sq ft of warehouse and offices on the ground floor, and 3,393 sq ft of offices on the first floor.

The development incorporates the latest in environmental technologies, including movement and daylight controlled lights, and water leak detection equipment, set within extensive native landscaping.

The 13-acre Capitol Park scheme was constructed by Stoford Developments last year. Other local occupiers include Croda, BMW and Omega plc.
