Lambert Smith Hampton's (LSH) Operational Real Estate team was instructed by Brewhouse & Kitchen to undertake a highly confidential marketing process for the sale of portfolio of freehold pubs across the South of England.
 
Following a targeted marketing campaign, LSH secured Trust Inns Limited as the buyer of the Bournemouth property at 152–154 Commercial Road, together with Brewhouse & Kitchen’s former Rising Sun pub in Poole, which was subsequently introduced into the transaction.
 
The Bournemouth property occupies a prominent position close to The Triangle and provides trading accommodation across two floors, together with a large rear beer garden. The venue had also benefited from significant capital investment and refurbishment prior to the sale. 
 
Trust Inns will incorporate both properties into its leased pub estate. The sale forms part of Brewhouse & Kitchen’s strategy to focus its estate on locations aligned with the group’s longer-term plans.
