LSH has appointed Jake Mullem to its London Capital Markets team as the firm continues to expand its footprint across London’s City Fringe.

Jake brings significant experience across the City and Fringe markets. He began his career at Richard Susskind, before moving client-side to Amsprop, where he was responsible for disposing and acquiring a number of City and fringe assets. Most recently, he was at The Harkalm Group, further strengthening his track record in central London investment markets.

His appointment comes at a pivotal time for LSH, following the firm’s recently announced expansion plans across the Fringe. Jake’s blend of agency and principal-side experience provides valuable insight into both investor and occupier requirements in what remains one of London’s most dynamic sub-markets.
