Tom Tawn, a RICS-registered valuer, returns to LSH following a ten-month stint at Eddisons, prior to which he spent six months working as a Senior Valuer in Western Australia for Cygnet West. He brings more than 15 years’ experience in the property sector, including more than a decade previously spent in LSH’s North West Valuation division as an Associate Director and then a Director between 2013 and 2024.

Commenting upon his appointment, Tom Tawn said: “I am delighted to be returning to LSH. It’s a business I know well and have always respected. The North West remains one of the most dynamic and resilient markets in the UK, and I’m looking forward to contributing to the continued growth of the valuation team”.

Tawn will be based in LSH’s Manchester office, supporting valuation instructions across commercial, residential, and mixed‑use assets.
