Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) is delighted to announce the appointment of Kevin Scully as Regional Director, strengthening the firm’s leadership and strategic growth across the Midlands and Northern regions, from Birmingham to the Scottish border, including key city markets in Manchester and Leeds. 

Kevin joins LSH from Cluttons, where he played a pivotal leadership role. With over 25 years of industry experience, Kevin brings deep market insight, commercial acumen, and a people-first leadership style. His appointment marks a significant step in LSH’s continued investment in its regional platform and commitment to delivering best-in-class advisory services to clients across the UK.

He will work closely with established regional leaders including: Andrew Cliff, who continues to lead our successful Newcastle operation and Matthew Edwards, who continues to lead our Sheffield business. 

Together, they will help deliver stronger collaboration, service excellence and growth across the North and Midlands.
