Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Shaan Makwana as Director within its Living team. Shaan joins from Carter Jonas, where he was Head of Living Capital Markets.

With more than 11 years’ experience advising across the living sectors, Shaan brings deep expertise in institutional investment, capital markets and investment strategy. His track record spans the full capital risk spectrum, supporting investors with complex decision-making across residential, build-to-rent, later living and alternative living strategies.

An Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), Shaan is highly regarded for his ability to advise institutional capital on structuring, deploying and repositioning investment across evolving market conditions. His appointment further strengthens LSH’s growing capability within the Living sector.
