Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), acting on behalf of Legal & General, has successfully completed the sale of IAC House in Winchester following a competitive marketing and tender process.

Originally an office instruction, LSH was appointed alongside joint agents Vail Williams to advise on the industrial and logistics (I&L) redevelopment potential of the site. Planning consent for an I&L scheme was secured, significantly enhancing the asset’s appeal to the market.

LSH led a comprehensive marketing campaign, attracting strong interest from a range of potential purchasers. Following a structured tender process, Permabond was selected as the preferred bidder. Primmer Olds acted on behalf of Permabond.

Dan Rawlings, Director at Lambert Smith Hampton, commented: “This was a complex transaction that required input across planning, marketing, and negotiation. We’re delighted to have delivered a successful outcome for Legal & General, and to have helped secure a long-term future for the site that supports local economic growth. It’s a great example of collaboration across teams and with our joint agents, Vail Williams."

LSH worked closely with all parties to navigate the legal process and bring the transaction to a smooth and satisfactory conclusion.
