Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has secured a significant letting at 3 Rivergate, with WITTENSTEIN High Integrity Systems Ltd taking 10,524 sq ft on the 1st floor of the building. The deal represents a continued vote of confidence in the recently refurbished office space, situated in a prime position adjacent to Bristol Temple Meads station, and means that the building is now 50% let, following PC earlier this year of a comprehensive refurbishment.
WITTENSTEIN High Integrity Systems was advised by Phil Morton of Morton Property Consultants on the acquisition.
WITTENSTEIN High Integrity Systems has committed to a 10-year lease with a 5-year break, highlighting the building’s sustainability credentials, direct access to transport links, and simple, efficient floor layout as key factors in their decision. The letting follows a series of successful deals earlier this year on the 4th, 6th and part 5th floors.
3 Rivergate, a six-storey, 75,000 sq ft office building, has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment completed in early 2025. The scheme has delivered high-quality Grade A accommodation with strong environmental principals at its core.
