Global transportation partner agrees pre-let at Kents Hill Business Park Milton Keynes

Following advice from our Office Advisory team, Circle Property has pre-let the entirety of K3 Kents Hill Business Park to Kuehne + Nagel.

Totalling 13,120 sq ft, K3 is a self-contained office building on one of Milton Keynes’ premier business parks. The building is to be comprehensively refurbished to provide Grade A offices with exceptional environmental credentials including installation of solar PV panels, 20 EV charging points and high target BREEAM and EPC ratings.

The project is scheduled for completion in Summer 2022.
