Topland Vintage, led by Sol Zakay, has completed more than 25,000 sq ft of leasing deals at Reading Bridge House ("RBH") during a standout year for the 113,000 sq ft Grade A office building in the heart of Reading. Situated just moments from Reading Station, RBH continued to attract high quality occupiers throughout 2025, welcoming four new tenants and facilitating the expansion of an existing occupier, Unloq, into larger space.


The headline transaction of the year was the arrival of a major medical provider, which committed to approximately 12,000 sq ft on the first floor on a 15 year lease.
