We are conducting our annual joint research in partnership with Revo to deepen our understanding of the challenges facing our town centres, high streets and shopping centres. The research will help to identify workable solutions for our retail and leisure places that meet the needs of all key stakeholders.

We are seeking your views on a range of issues, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), planning reforms, funding constraints and more. 

Following on from our 2020 survey, this 2021 survey and subsequent research document will also assess changes in attitudes and perceptions about the future of our retail and leisure places over the next decade.

This is a vital piece of research being conducted at a pivotal point in the future evolution of our centres and high streets. Your views and insights are needed more than ever. Drawing on your responses and others, the research will seek to provide a route map to help inform the sustainable futures for our retail and leisure places.

The survey should take no more than five minutes to complete and all respondents will receive a copy of the findings when they are published in early 2022.
