Connect IT Utility Services Limited is taking up residence at its new home on a 10 year lease. The site itself is a modern semi-detached warehouse and office building with a large secure yard. Located within half a mile of the M27, its convenient and accessible location is reflected by high profile local occupiers including Marks and Spencer, and Screwfix. 

This follows a string of recent sizeable LSH deals on the South Coast including Southampton Logistics taking 44,882 sq ft at Brickfield Lane, Chandlers Ford and CCF taking 39,075 at Unit 2 South Central, Southampton.
