Racehorse Owners Association (ROA) are relocating its High Holborn office to Reading by taking space at Tw12ve, Forbury Road, Reading. 

ROA have acquired the 5th floor, taking 2,271 sq ft on a 10 year lease at £37 per sq ft, and were particularly keen to secure the space due to the building’s close proximity to the station, highly contemporary design, private roof terrace and concierge reception.  

The five storey office building, owned by BMO Global Asset Management, has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment which includes shower facilities, bicycle racks, communal roof terrace, electric car charging points and pre-installed digital infrastructure.  ROA join NVM Equity who are based on the 4th floor. The guiding rent is mid to high 30’s and 8,685 sq ft is currently available. 

James Newton, Surveyor at Lambert Smith Hampton said, “With Grade A supply almost halving since 2016 in the town centre at 470,000 sq ft, there is a real demand for modern distinctive work spaces which is why we are receiving high levels of interest at Tw12ve from businesses.  With Reading on the Elizabeth line, demand for offices in the town will only increase.
