Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has completed its latest industrial and logistics (I&L) letting, securing a new tenant at the 46,265 sq ft Unit 30a Northbank Industrial Estate, in Irlam, Manchester, at a headline rent of £6.50 per sq ft.
Following an extensive refurbishment programme by LSH’s Building Surveying team, the new tenant has taken a 10 year FRI lease direct with landlord, Patrizia.
The unit comprises a detached single storey unit of 41,090 sq ft with additional office space spanning two floors covering 5,175 sq ft. The site is a well-established and popular manufacturing and distribution location situated between Manchester and Warrington.
This deal follows a string of other I&L closes in Manchester in recent weeks including the Knutsford shed completion, since Guy Jackson took the reins moving from a highly successful spell in LSH’s South Coast team to spearhead its northern drive.
