Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has leased a newly-refurbished industrial unit on Marlborough Close, Knutsford, to cricket equipment supplier Rominda Cricket Ltd, setting a new headline rent.
LSH advised the landlord to fully refurbish the 5,218 sq ft Unit A and neighbouring units in order to meet current demand in the market and benefit from rental uplift.
The lease of Unit A at a new headline rent of £6.95 per sq ft highlights the demand in the market for refurbished industrial space.
Unit C, 5,309 sq ft and Unit D, 5,240 sq ft are both still available which can be combined providing 10,549 sq ft of accommodation with the benefit of 10 car parking spaces per unit. The units are available for immediate occupation.
Marlborough Close lies on the popular, established Parkgate Industrial Estate on the outskirts of Knutsford. The estate benefits from close access to the M6 motorway and nearby Manchester Airport.
