Our Newcastle office has cause for celebration after being announced as finalists for ‘Commercial Property Deal of the Year’ and ‘Property Agency of the Year’ at the 2019 Insider North East Property Awards.

The deals in question saw the team let and sell over £50m worth of assets totalling more than 125,000 sq ft, and set a new regional yield in the 12 months to February 2019.

The winners will be unveiled at an awards dinner at The Hilton Newcastle Gateshead, on Thursday 23 May 2019.
