Hodgson Elkington is the largest surveying practice in Lincoln and the county’s most active commercial advisor. The firm is widely recognised for its breadth and depth of expertise, particularly in commercial property agency, commercial and residential development land, property management, where it has over 4,000 occupiers paying rents and service charges; and its professional work of valuations and rent reviews, where it is the region’s number one.

Last year alone, it advised on over £1 billion of real estate and is currently active on over 300 acres of development land. The business acts for both the private and public sector.

As part of the transaction Sam Elkington – Hodgson Elkington Senior Partner and one of its founders – will become head of the new LSH Lincoln office.
