The event, which will be celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2017, returns to Courmayeur in the Italian Alps from Thursday 19 to Saturday 21 January.

Black Swan creates products that transform the way brands create value from data, finding insights and solutions that create an advantage for their clients’ businesses. By analysing consumer behaviour using public and private data, the business is able to build cutting edge technology based on predictive models to create better outcomes – Black Swan calls this “Applied Prediction”.

Launched in 2011, Black Swan was named Britain’s fastest growing start-up by The Sunday Times, ranked #1 in their inaugural ‘Start Up Track 15’. More recently it has become top in the SME Export Track 100, an award ranking Britain’s 100 small and medium-sized (SME) companies with the fastest-growing international sales over the latest two years.

Now employing more than 250 people worldwide across offices in the UK, Hungary, USA, Canada, Singapore and South Africa, it works with some of the world’s leading consumer-focused brands including Vodafone, PepsiCo, Disney, Panasonic, Tesco and GSK.

Ezra Nahome, CEO of Lambert Smith Hampton, said: “As a new business that is paving the way in the UK as a leader in its field, Black Swan loves to break rules and put a big dent in conventions.

“I am delighted to welcome Steve King as keynote speaker and have no doubt he will make a real impact. Steve is someone who is able to stay ahead of the market, which helps him to uncover true innovation for his clients. His insight at the Forum will provide our audience with a unique perspective on how technology can be used to respond to, and potentially pre-empt, consumer demand.”

The Lambert Smith Hampton Ski Challenge and Business Forum is one of the commercial property industry’s most highly-regarded events, with over 200 attendees in 2016. Delegates include owners, occupiers, fund managers and managing directors from some of the largest property companies in the UK.

The event is sponsored by CoStar, DWF, Fairfield Real Estate Finance and Wedlake Bell.
