Young surveyors attend networking event at LSH

Emerging commercial property talent from across the West Midlands came together to discuss trends in the investment market and predictions for 2016 at a breakfast event, held at the Birmingham city centre offices of Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).

Representatives from 21 different companies, including property consultancy and developers, attended the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Matrics meeting, which is aimed at those at the beginning of their commercial property careers and helps individuals’ achieve their annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Adam Ramshaw, head of office at LSH Birmingham, who hosted the event, said: “These sessions are useful for young surveyors to engage and network with their peers as well as to learn new content and to keep up-to-date with market trends.

“The quality of the questions that were asked afterwards indicates that the future is very bright indeed for the commercial property sector in the West Midlands.”
