Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) is investing in young talent and helping to train the next generation of surveyors with the appointment of another Graduate Surveyor.

Harry Lea joins the Birmingham office’s Industrial Agency Team from Birmingham City Council where he worked with the authority’s Investment Management Team.

The 23-year-old, who graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester with a BSc (Hons) in Rural Land Management, will join the team led by Associate Director of Industrial and Logistics, Matthew Tilt.

A keen sportsman who plays rugby for Dursley, in Gloucestershire, Harry grew up on a mixed arable and livestock farm in the county, where he had an early introduction to business management.

“I’m pleased to be joining LSH’s Industrial Team, where I’ll be servicing existing freehold and leasehold disposals and acquisitions,” he said. “I’m looking forward to learning from the very experienced team.”

The growth of the Industrial Team comes during a period of significant expansion for LSH, which earlier this year acquired ES Group and retail specialists Tushingham Moore.

Matthew Tilt said: “We’ve long been committed to training new talent and are delighted that Harry is joining us.”
