Springwell Point replaces the former billiard hall and provides high quality industrial premises to cater to rising demand for industrial space in Leeds.

LSH to secure tenants

The Industrial and Logistics Agency team at national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton has been appointed to secure tenants for four units at the industrial development, ranging from 1,430 sq ft to 6,970 sq ft, in partnership with Carter Towler.

A prime commercial location

The site enjoys a prime commercial location, situated just one mile west of Leeds city centre, providing quick and convenient access to the motorway network and wider city region. The units have been completed to a high specification with a quality brickwork finish and include electronic ‘up and over’ doors, generous eaves height and allocated parking.

Return of confidence in the market

Simon Hill, Industrial and Logistics Surveyor at Lambert Smith Hampton, said: “The completion of Springwell Point is a significant step forwards for industrial development in Leeds. It signals the return of confidence in the market and also sets a benchmark in quality and design for industrial development in the city.”
