The move marks the start of an exciting year for Weston Gateway Business Park, situated just off junction 21 of the M5 near Weston-super-Mare.
It will be the first year of operation of the new 40,000 sq ft landmark headquarters building for Knightstone Housing Association and will see the opening, in March, of a brand new Greene King pub/dining experience.
Peter Musgrove, director of office agency for LSH in Bristol and the South West, said: “The M5's Junction 21 Enterprise area leading to Weston-super-Mare has the potential to sit alongside Bristol and Exeter as the most important commercial centres along the southern M5.
“We are therefore absolutely delighted that Weston Gateway Business Park (WGBP) has selected LSH to work with them on this scheme.
“We work on other flagship business and science parks along the M5 and WGBP is a perfect addition. It is the ideal opportunity to act as a shop front for the town and broadcast that Weston is open for business and serious about competing for inward investment at the highest level.”
WGBP offers businesses solutions for their commercial property needs, from large headquarter offices to smaller specialist solutions.
Gemma Day, managing director of WGBP developers Dowlas UK, said: “We have a highly prominent location, direct access to the upgraded J21, parking and Worle Parkway station nearby. There are pedestrian and cycle-way links to local shopping centres and facilities. WGBP meets
all those business needs which are so important to modern occupiers.”
All plots for sale at Weston Gateway Business Park have secured outline planning permission for a variety of commercial and leisure uses, including office, hotel and light industrial units. For more information visit www.westongatewaybusinesspark.co.uk.
