Fleetmatics is a leading global provider of fleet management solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Its solutions offer real-time insight into vehicle activity, reducing operational costs and improving customer service. It serves more than 17,000 customers worldwide.
Fleetmatics’ offices span Ireland, USA, Glasgow, Dublin and Reading – with this latest office acquisition in Reading supporting its business relocation and expansion in the UK.
Relocation within Reading
Fleetmatics is currently based in Beacontree Plaza on Gillette Way, Reading, and will relocate to 8,418 sq ft of Reading office space at Imperium on Imperial Way in April. A rent of £19 per sq ft has been agreed on a new 10 year lease, with the deal being driven by Fleetmatics’ business expansion following its recent IPO (initial public offering) on the New York Stock Exchange.
One of first out of town Reading office deals in 2013
