Acting on behalf of Toys “R” Us, we have acquired 36,500 sq ft on Maidenhead Office Park to form the retailer’s new UK headquarters.
Toys "R" Us is Britain's and the World’s leading family leisure, baby care and toy megastore. An agreement to lease has been exchanged on Building 2, Maidenhead Office Park, owned by AXA Investment Managers.
The acquisition will see Toys “R” Us consolidate two offices on Vanwall Business Park in Maidenhead into a single grade A headquarters.

The deal marks the largest office transaction of the year to date in Maidenhead.
