7,526 sq ft taken by Cape Plc

Cape Plc, a leading international out-sourcer and utilities provider, has taken 7,526 sq ft of space with a 10 year lease. The company has merged two of its offices in the Yorkshire region and moved to the Fields End Business Park, because of its location and excellent transport links.

Eden Training, which is already an occupier on the site, has taken an additional 1,322 sq ft in a 5 year lease deal, and Cornerstone education has agreed a six year deal for 1,310 sq ft of space.
