Wolverhampton-based Juniper Training Ltd has taken on 3,045 sq ft of prime office space at Eastgate House on Humberstone Road, Leicester - a four storey high-quality modern office building on the outskirts of the city centre.
The offices are now fully let and we have now concluded two significant deals on the property in less than six months.
High profile tenants welcome Juniper
We acted on behalf of the current leaseholders, the National Youth Agency, which continues to occupy the ground floor. Other tenants include St John Ambulance who took first floor offices in Eastgate House at the end of last year.
