We have acquired a 73,000 sq ft warehouse in one of the biggest modern warehouse deals in Leicestershire this year.
The warehouse, on a prime industrial and distribution park, has been let on a short-term lease in the north west of the county.
Deal completed in record time
The facility – Link 73, Interlink, on the Bardon Business Park – is being taken over by a client who provides warehousing, distribution and stock control across a range of industry sectors. The deal was transacted in just five weeks.

The 73,000 sq ft building has a minimum height of ten metres, a secure service yard, two-level access and three dock loading doors. The Bardon Business Park has excellent access onto the motorway network at J2 of the M1 and J13 of the M42. Nearby occupiers include Antalis, Laddaw, Laura Ashley, Brantano, Bunzl, Waitrose, and Kuehne + Nagle.
