LSH Northampton office named most active agents

Our Northampton office has been awarded the accolade of Northamptonshire’s Most Active Agent of the Year in a prestigious commercial property contest.

The Northamptonshire office, on the Grange Business Park, has been recognised by the Estates Gazette’s online service – EGi - in their annual competition for the country’s most active agents.

LSH excels in EGi accolades

The award comes as director Geoff Gibson scooped the award for Dealmaker of the Year for Leicestershire, we won the Top Industrial Agent national award, and went on to take Most Active Agent accolades in both the South East and Wales.

The Estates Gazette EGi assessment team gathered information regarding deals transacted in 2011, covering all sectors of the market including industrial, office, retail and leisure.

Recognising achievement in a competitive market

60% more deals than our nearest competitor

Our Chief Executive Ezra Nahome said: “The number of letting deals our industrial team completed in comparison to its nearest competitor was incredible – over 60% more than the closest competitor. We also had a landslide victory in the South East, completing nearly three times as many deals as the closest competitor. In Wales we completed nearly 10% more deals than runners up.”
