Our office in Sheffield has witnessed a record breaking 2011 summer; having let, sold or acquired in excess of 80,000 sq ft of office space.

Relocation and letting advice resulting in new jobs to the region

Our Office Agency Team demonstrated the pivotal role it plays in the region, by advising on the relocation of three HQ facilities, bringing hundreds of new jobs to the city.

We have also advised Fulcrum Infrastructure Services as part of their new Business Plan. It involved the acquisition of a new 20,000 sq ft HQ facility at Sheffield Business Park, creating up to 150 new jobs.

At Sheffield Business Park, we have let 18,000 sq ft to Elliott UK. They plan to bring together opportunities from Oxford, Manchester and Sheffield, to a new HQ facility, securing further jobs for the city.

Finally, we have sold the iconic Carbrook House, located opposite Meadowhall Retail Park. The 37,000 sq ft former Abbey National Call Centre was sold to South Yorkshire Police to replace their West Bar HQ. South Yorkshire Police plan to refurbish the property ready for occupation early 2012.
