Quad 1 and Quad 8 are two warehouse units currently under refurbishment for occupation from January 2021. Each provides for circa 6,400 sq ft in total with 4,000 sq ft at ground floor (2,000 sq ft with 6m clear height to eaves and 2,000 sq ft with 3m clear height to the underside of the first floor) plus circa 2,000 sq ft at first floor. The units are being refurbished with new insulated wall and roof cladding, new double glazed windows and a new roller shutter warehouse goods doors.
