A former limestone quarry and cement works extending to circa 390 acres, including a substantial area of in-fill land, Blue Circle island and a number of disused buildings relating to its previous use. More recently parts of the site were used as a filming location for Game of Thrones. The site benefits from outline planning consent for a mixed use harbour village of 450 dwellings.
