LSH acted on behalf of Paragon Living Space to acquire the historic former Sunbeam factory in Wolverhampton. Totalling in excess of 150,000 sq ft, the scheme secured planning consent in early 2023 to provide 171 state of the art apartments and will provide a central courtyard with landscaped community hub, gym, resident meeting rooms and break out spaces, 24-hour concierge with full managed facilities for residents. Sunbeam Phase 1 completed in Q2 2025 and is due to be launching the apartments in later this year.
